Matthew Bourne has a new single out – and in honour of “all the football”, it’s a game of two halves. ‘Précipice / Précis’ is the second track taken from new album This Is Not For You.

Bourne describes the ‘Précipice’ half as “study in the push and pull of things attempting to escape the confines of togetherness – towards collapse” and then he gets the cellos out for the ‘Précis’ half. We’ll leave you to draw your own footballing analogies. Or not.
